Why Flat-Pack Window Shrouds?

Traditional window shrouds are welded in a factory, shipped as bulky assembled units, and craned into position on site. EasyShroud's flat-pack system changes every step of that process — making delivery simpler, storage easier, and installation significantly faster.

    The Flat-Pack Advantage

    Compact Delivery

Flat-pack units stack efficiently, reducing truck loads and storage space on site.

    No Crane Required

Lightweight flat panels can be carried by hand or moved via elevator — no crane hire needed.

    50% Faster Install

Bolt-together assembly means two people can install a four-sided unit in under 30 minutes.

    Lower Site Costs

Less labour, less equipment, and less time on site adds up to significant savings at scale.

    How It Works on Site

Each EasyShroud unit arrives as a set of flat aluminium panels with all fixings included. Panels are assembled around the window opening and secured with mechanical fasteners — no welding, no special tools, no heavy equipment. The entire process is designed to be completed by two people with standard hand tools.

    Built for Scale

On large developments with 50, 100, or 200+ windows, the flat-pack advantage compounds. Fewer truck deliveries, no crane scheduling conflicts, and faster installation per unit means your shroud programme stays on schedule even when the rest of the build is under pressure.
