Why Flat-Pack Window Shrouds?

Traditional window shrouds are welded in a factory, shipped as bulky assembled units, and craned into position on site. EasyShroud's flat-pack system changes every step of that process — making delivery simpler, storage easier, and installation significantly faster.

    The Flat-Pack Advantage

    Compact Delivery

Flat-pack units stack efficiently, reducing truck loads and storage space on site.

    Simpler Handling Plan

Separate panels can reduce dependence on lifting equipment, subject to unit size, weight and site controls.

    Repeatable Site Assembly

A defined panel sequence helps site teams plan handling and installation across repeated openings.

    Less Transport Volume

Compact stacking can reduce freight and storage demand compared with bulky welded frames.

    How It Works on Site

Each EasyShroud unit arrives as a set of flat aluminium panels with all fixings included. Panels are assembled around the window opening and secured with mechanical fasteners. Tooling, crew size and lifting requirements depend on the unit dimensions, weight, access and site controls.

    Built for Scale

On large developments with 50, 100, or 200+ windows, the flat-pack advantage compounds. Compact transport and a repeatable assembly sequence can simplify planning across the shroud programme. Confirm site handling and installation assumptions with the project team.
